A community directory that puts the resources in one place: searchable, filterable, organized by what a person actually needs and where they are. The information architecture is the product here: categories that match how people look for help, not how organizations file paperwork.

The resources are now findable in one search instead of an evening of tabs. A community build, done for the cause, kept current because it matters.
